Pride and Courage

Sometimes I wonder, if I can let go my pride, ditch the ego and have a tad bit more courage than now, I could have achieved so many things in life.

You know sometimes when you have the dire need to do something so badly, yet your pride, or maybe somewhere within you is confusing you with negative thoughts, pulling your back from implementing your action?

That's a sign of failure.

It has come to a point where I just realized the utmost need to step up, be less arrogant and more receptive towards people and things, be brave and courageous, and do whatever I like, or at least when I know I should be doing it.

Mark Twain once said;

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do.
So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor.
Catch the trade winds in your sails.
