New place

It's been almost 3 weeks since I touched down here in Australia.

Yes, I am reviving this blog, for a while at least. Why? Because I'm so bored I gotta find something to do, and then it occurred to me, yeah I still have a blog don't I? Which is what you're reading currently =)

Well coming here was an entirely new experience to me, coming out from a boy who has never traveled anywhere further other than Sarawak and Singapore, Melbourne was nothing but a strange new place to me. It was quite difficult in the start initially, having disconnected from home for quite a while, due to the unavailability of internet connection, and I'm sure some of you guys have noticed how my FB was in such a depressing mood especially during the early days.

At least I'm happy to say that I'm getting used to the things here. The currency, the people, the places, the school I go to, the bus I take. Yeh, it all started making sense to me, and though there were times where I felt it's difficult and utterly lonely, but its all a form of training to me. Because of being lonely, I exposed myself more to people. Because I want to know more people, I will try every opportunity to get in touch people, and because of that, I learn.

Oh yes I learn.

I guess that's the experience you get for studying in a foreign country. Although Melbourne - my course in Uni Melb in specific, is heavily populated with majority asians, the learning experience here is entirely different. I can't describe in details how is it different because for one, I've never been to any other uni in malaysia, but based on what I've heard/observe, I believe education here is conducted in a more holistic way, and the way they do not spoon feed you is something I think most people would agree on.


Anyways, there's no picture to be uploaded, because I didn't bring any camera :D to poor to own 1 lolz. But I think my stay here would be temporary, if all else goes well, another new adventure awaits me. For that, it will stay a surprise for those who didn't know :)
